The hotel is gorgeous with extremely friendly staff. the location is excellent, within walking distance to a shopping center.

The breakfast served is above average, offering everything you could wish for, including an omelet station, pancakes, and bacon.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the location was fantastic - right across from the Convention Center in the beautiful McAllen Convention Center area. This made attending the celebrations a breeze, and there was even a walking distance shopping center nearby. Secondly, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. Edgar, in particular, was amazing in helping my grandparents with their luggage and even offering assistance with a wheelchair. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. We had a spacious room with a king-size bed and a roll-in shower, which was perfect for our needs. Lastly, the breakfast included in our rate was delicious and a great way to start our day of exploring.

No complaints, everything was just perfect.
